Since completing her nursing education, Rumana has built a continuous record of service across private hospitals, intensive care and government healthcare.

After completing my nursing diploma and before entering government service, I worked in the NICU at Asgar Ali Hospital and in the PC-ICU of Dhaka National Heart Foundation. These highly specialized critical-care experiences strengthened my ability to make timely decisions, monitor vulnerable patients closely, and support both patients and their families with empathy.

I currently serve at Nagarkanda Upazila Health Complex, Faridpur, where I continue to provide healthcare with dedication and a strong professional reputation. Alongside my work, I am pursuing a BSc in Nursing to further advance my clinical knowledge.
